Where do you ship?All over the world! We have a reliable and professional shipping service available for all clients. We offer shipping with USPS, freight shipping for pallets, and international sea/air freight. Email Chris at contact@fromthemines.com for more information about our shipping services.

Can I have my order shipped to my house?Yes, we offer residential deliveries.

Who can purchase with FTM?We are a wholesale company that sells primarily to resellers and corporations. We require a copy of the business resale certificate before we can make an appointment. Once we file the copy of the resale certificate, you will not be required to reissue it for future appointments.

If I'm not a reseller, can I still purchase with FTM?Yes. We allow business that only have an EIN certificate to purchase with us, but this will not exempt you from paying tax on your order. Private collectors are also welcomed to shop with FTM. Please email us for more information. Tax will be applied to the order.

I want to make an appointment! Who should I contact?To make an in-house appointment (whether in person or video call) with From the Mines, please email our Sales Team at: sales@fromthemines.com Minimum for in house orders is $300 USD. Minimum for virtual orders is $500 USD. Excluding tax and shipping cost if applicable. For corporate inquiries, please email Chris at: contact@fromthemines.com

I cannot come to the warehouse. Is there a virtual appointment option?Yes! We offer video appointments via FaceTime or WhatsApp during weekdays Mon thru Thursday at 10am or 2pm EST.

Is there a minimum?Yes. In-person appointments have a $300 USD* minimum. Virtual appointments have a $300 USD* minimum for jewelry/bagged stones ONLY, and $500 USD* for FULL warehouse access. International orders have a $500* minimum excluding shipping costs. Private collectors must contact us at sales@fromthemines for more information. *this is before taxes and shipping, if applicable.

Can I bring my child?The warehouse is not suitable for children and we highly advise against bringing children. If you do, we are not responsible for any injury and require that an adult sign a waiver.

Do you work with NET 30 terms?Due to the nature of the business, we do not offer NET 30 terms.
