Creating an Account

Who can purchase with FTM?


We are a wholesale company that sells primarily to resellers and corporations. We require a copy of the business resale certificate before we can make an appointment. Once we file the copy of the resale certificate, you will not be required to reissue it for future appointments.




I'm not a reseller, can I still purchase with FTM?


Yes. We allow business that only have an EIN certificate to purchase with us, but this will not exempt you from paying tax on your order. Private collectors are also welcomed to shop with FTM. Please email us for more information. Tax will be applied to the order.




I want to make an appointment! Who should I contact?


To make an in-house appointment (whether in person or video call) with From the Mines, please email our Sales Team at: sales@fromthemines.com Minimum for orders is $1,000 USD unless it's your first time shopping with us. For corporate inquiries, please email Chris at: contact@fromthemines.com





Shopping Experience

How is your material priced?


We price our material by the kg. Factors that contribute to the cost include: 1. Quality 2. Rare formations 3. Weight




Is there a minimum?


Yes. All orders have a $1,000 USD minimum*. First time shoppers have a minimum of $750 USD. All orders after will need to meet the standard minimum of $1,000 USD. Private collectors must contact us at contact@fromthemines for more information. *this is before taxes and shipping, if applicable.




I live too far from NJ. How can I shop with you?


For client near and far, we offer video-call appointments via FaceTime or WhatsApp. To make your appointment email our Sales Team at: sales@fromthemines.com




Can I bring my child?


The warehouse is not suitable for children and we highly advise against bringing children. If you do, we are not responsible for any injury and require that an adult sign a waiver.





Shipping

Where do you ship?


All over the world! We have a reliable and professional shipping service available for all clients. We offer shipping with USPS, freight shipping for pallets, and international sea/air freight. Email Chris at contact@fromthemines.com for more information about our shipping services.




Can I have my order shipped to my house?


Yes, we offer residential deliveries.





Tucson Warehouse

When is your Tucson location open?


For 2020 and 2021: January 29 - February 16 (Gem Show Season) May 16 - 23 August 15 - 22 November 14 - 21




Do the account requirements apply at your Tucson location?


Our gem show season dates are open to the public! (January 29 - February 16 only) The dates for the rest of the year are open to business or private collectors only.

Can I pay cash?


We do accept cash orders! Any cash order receives a small discount.




What cards do you accept?


Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.




Do you work with NET 30 terms?


Due to the nature of the business, we do not offer NET 30 terms.




Can I send you money for my order?


We accept PayPal payments for orders.





Refund/Exchanges

Can I have my deposit back?


Deposits are non-refundable.




How can I return my order?


We do not accept returns on orders after 14 days of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Chris directly at 201-663-2626
