Creating an Account
Who can purchase with FTM?
We are a wholesale company that sells primarily to resellers and corporations. We require a copy of the business resale certificate before we can make an appointment. Once we file the copy of the resale certificate, you will not be required to reissue it for future appointments.
I'm not a reseller, can I still purchase with FTM?
Yes. We allow business that only have an EIN certificate to purchase with us, but this will not exempt you from paying tax on your order.
I want to make an appointment! Who should I contact?

I cannot be come to the warehouse. Is there a virtual appointment option?
Yes! We offer video orders. However, orders with a total under $5000 are subject to a 5% processing and service fee.
How is your material priced?
We price our material by the kg. Factors that contribute to the cost include:

I live too far from NJ. How can I shop with you?
For client near and far, we offer video-call appointments via FaceTime or WhatsApp.
Can I bring my child?
The warehouse is not suitable for children and we highly advise against bringing children. If you do, we are not responsible for any injury and require that an adult sign a waiver.
Where do you ship?
All over the world! We have a reliable and professional shipping service available for all clients.
Can I have my order shipped to my house?
Yes, we offer residential deliveries.

Deposits are non-refundable.
How can I return my order?
We do not accept returns on orders after 14 days of purchase.

Items from your order cannot be exchanged.
